We're sorry to see you go! If you wish to delete your SolatTime Malaysia + (Global) account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

⚠️ Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone!

Deleting your account will permanently remove:

Your profile information (name, email, phone)
Prayer tracking history
Saved favorite locations
Premium subscription status
All app settings and preferences

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Email Request (Current Method)

Send an email to QV EMPIRE TECH support with your account deletion request:

Include the following information:

App: SolatTime Malaysia + (Global)
Developer: QV EMPIRE TECH
Package: my.mysolatv2.app
Email address registered with your account
Full name on the account
Reason for deletion (optional - helps us improve)

⏱️ Processing Time: Your account deletion request will be processed within 24 hours of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation email once completed.

Option 2: Delete from App (Coming Soon in Next Update)

🚀 In-App Account Deletion Feature
Coming in Version 1.1.0 (Next Update)

Soon you'll be able to delete your account directly from the app:
Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account

Until then, please use the email method above (Option 1)

📋 What happens after deletion?

Immediate: Account access revoked, you will be logged out
Within 30 days: All personal data permanently deleted from our servers
Within 90 days: Data removed from backup systems
Premium subscriptions: Automatically cancelled (no refunds for unused time)

If you want to take a break but not permanently delete your account:

Simply uninstall the app - your data remains saved
You can reinstall and log back in anytime
Your premium subscription will remain active until expiry
